Jio Giga Fiber- A Change In Technology !!



                                           
Reliance Jio which was set up two years ago as a telecommunication company by Mukesh Ambani the chairman of Reliance Industries  is now launching a greenfield broadband service called Jio Giga Fiber.

Most of the Indians are using Broadband services of Airtel, Hathway and many more which gives you unlimited plans and the speed they are providing is Megabytes per second (Mbps). But Jio is all set to provide unlimited plans with the speed of Gigabytes per second ( Gbps). Jio will become the first Indian broadband  company  to provide the speed of Gigabytes per second ( Gbps).
The Jio fiber aims to deliver Fiber- to- the Home(FTTH) services to homes:-
1)  HD+/4K content.
2)  Video conferencing.
3) Virtual reality Gaming.
4) Smart home solutions.
It also includes voice command feature.

Jio fiber aims to connect 50 million Indian homes through its new broadband service called Jio Giga Fiber.
Mukesh Ambani the chairman of Reliance Industries is going to sell up to 1 Gbps speed to the Jio Giga Fiber subscribers. 1 Gigabytes per second ( Gbps) is enough to take rivalry among top broadband services like Airtel, Hathway which has so far been able to provide the speed up to 300 Mbps. He said that the company is already invested a mammoth amount of Rs.250,000 crores.

Jio Giga Fiber is Fiber-to-the- Home(FTTH) offered to the users via fixed cables. The registration of Jio Giga Fiber will begin on 15th August 2018 via My Jio and Jio website. The company has announced that the Jio Giga Fiber services will roll out in 1,100 cities. They also said that the company will go to those cities  where there are high number of registrations. The pricing information is currently unavailable so we can’t say about the pricing (predicted plans are given below), but the preview programme of the Jio Giga Fiber is available to the users at free of cost. There is one time investment of Rs.4,500 for the router which will be refunded to you later. Mukesh Ambani also told that with  Jio Giga Fiber the economy would increase by 2025.

Rumors are telling that the speed of Jio Giga Fiber won’t drop at all. If it is true then users will get high speed internet access to their home and they can enjoy the speed. Jio Giga Fiber will be used to stream High quality videos on your television, multi-party video conferencing, voice-activated virtual assistant, virtual reality gaming and shopping, and smart home solutions. Isha Ambani told that with Jio Giga Fiber, India will become the most connected home in the world.
As per latest reports, there will be a welcome offer for all the users of Jio Giga Fiber of 3 months or more.
